Hato, the typhoon, ravaged the streets of Hong Kong, Macau and of other Chinese cities on the Southern Coast. Unexpected and non-human agent in our Summer School, Hato compelled us to imagine new ways to reflect and research while trapped at home... Scattered around various parts of Hong Kong, participants were thus asked to write a 400-word essay about their feeling when observing the typhoon from the window. Each of them also took a 10-second video of the outside scenery. Here you can see the first UESSHK 2017 artifact titled "From My Window."
